It is highly recommended to arrive in Entebbe a day before the safari officially starts to rest and adjust after your international flight.

Day 1: Arrival in Kigali – Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you are met by your professional driver-guide and welcomed to Rwanda. After a brief introduction and luggage assistance, you begin the scenic drive north toward Volcanoes National Park. The journey passes through Rwanda’s iconic rolling hills, rural villages, and cultivated countryside, offering an immediate sense of the country’s rhythm and beauty. Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park
This day is dedicated to one of Africa’s most profound wildlife encounters. After an early breakfast, you proceed to the Volcanoes National Park headquarters for registration and allocation to a habituated mountain gorilla family. Accompanied by experienced guides and trackers, you trek through bamboo forest and montane vegetation, following signs of the gorillas’ movements. The trek can range from moderate to challenging depending on the gorillas’ location, but the reward is extraordinary. Spending time with the gorillas in their natural habitat is intimate, emotional, and unforgettable, offering rare insight into their social structures and behavior.
